OPTIONAL SIGHTSEEING & EXCURSIONS
With Insight, you will enjoy many of Europe's famous highlights as included features of your tour - at no extra cost. However, there is an exciting array of additional excursions which are made available to help turn an already outstanding experience into the trip of a lifetime. These are entirely optional and are offered to you at competitive prices. They are all bookable through your Tour Director at the commencement of your tour as many of them are planned to coincide with the best highlights available at the time of your visit.
The following list is general as it would be impossible to operate all excursions on any one tour. The actual tours to be offered will be advised to you by your Tour Director.
All prices are quoted in Euros which have been rounded for convenience. Payment can be made in cash or by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All credit card transactions will be charged in Euros. For payments in other currencies your Tour Director will advise the relevant exchange rates at the commencement of your tour.

This list is for guidance only. The final list of optional excursions to be offered during your tour will be given to you by your Tour Director.To allow you to participate in a selection of these additional evenings of dinner/ entertainment and special interest sightseeing excursions, please budget for an approximate cost of € 45 per person per day.
BUDAPEST
BUD06 FOLKLORE SHOW & ILLUMINATIONS
A lively performance by the Hungarian State Folk Ensemble with a drink during the interval. Later, enjoy a drive through the illuminated city. € 37
BUD04 DANUBE CRUISE WITH DINNER & DRINKS
In a private cruise down the Danube, accompanied by a local expert, you'll see Budapest at its best - a true fairy- tale city, straddling the mighty river. The Margaret's Island, the House of Parliament, Castle Hill with the Fisherman's Bastion, the Royal Palace, the Citadel and the University are all unforgettable sights. A rich buffet lunch/dinner is served on board accompanied by famous Hungarian wines. € 52
BUD10 PARLIAMENT & SZENTENDRE
During our guided visit of the Hungarian Parliament, the second largest and one of the most ornate in the world, we will view the Crown Jewels. We then drive north to reach the picturesque village of Szentendre ( St. Andrews). The most visited museum in Hungary awaits us there, followed by free time to stroll and shop in this preserved corner of old-world charm. € 44

ZAGREB
ZAG01 KUMROVEC & LUNCH
A short yet scenic drive takes us to Kumrovec, the birthplace of the late Marshall Tito, whose house has been turned into a museum. Situated on the bank of the River Sutla, Kumrovec is an exceptionally valuable and attractive ethnic village with about thirty rural houses and farmsteads, restored and kept as a typical rural entity. Later, we follow a winding road through the Zagorje hills. A lunch of local specialties is served in a renowned restaurant, with magnificent views of the Croatian countryside. € 51
VIENNA
VIE06 DINNER IN A COUNTRY MANSION
We see the famous Prater Amusement Park, then cross the Danube to arrive at one of the most famous restaurants in Austria. Former patrons include Napoleon, the Emperor Franz Joseph, Luciano Pavarotti, Liz Taylor and Arnold Schwarzenegger. In this historic country mansion we will enjoy a delicious dinner in one of the elegant dining rooms. Choose your main dish from various Austrian specialties and enjoy the live music and unlimited drinks. € 57
VIE14 GALA VIENNESE CONCERT
A wonderful concert of Viennese Classical music including some of the most famous works of Johann Strauss and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed by some of the most highly acclaimed soloists and dancers in Austria. A glass of champagne is also included. € 46

DUBROVNIK
DUB01 EXCURSION INTO MONTENEGRO WITH LUNCH
We drive southwards along the coast into Montenegro. We visit the town of Kotor, situated on the only fjord on the Adriatic coast. Here we capture forever on film one of the most beautiful parts of the bay, and learn some of the compelling history of this area. Then to the picturesque town of Budva where we have a light lunch with drinks included. Finally we have views of the exclusive resort of Sveti Stefan before we take a ferry ride across the bay on our way back to Dubrovnik. PLEASE NOTE : visas may be required for this excursion. € 51
DUB02 SUNSET CRUISE & DINNER
Sit back and enjoy the cruise around the fabled bay of Dubrovnik.The mighty city walls rise straight from the cliffs that once upon a time were yet another island of the Adriatic. A dinner of seaside specialties will be washed down with local drinks (wines and grappas being the most famous) as the sun sets over the splendid city. We will moor in the old town harbour and have another look at Dubrovnik by night - when the crowds are gone and the locals come out for a stroll. ( The operation of this tour is dependent on weather conditions and also sometimes this cruise will be operated during the day with lunch instead). € 51

After dinner we enjoy the beauty and variety of Croatian folk music and dancing performed by seventy dancers and musicians in colorful richly decorated costumes. € 30
