  • Passengers will be accommodated in the next lower class on sectors where First / Business class is not offered / available at the time of booking

  Exception: Passengers will be accommodated in First Class subject to availability of seats at the time of booking on sectors within / between USA / Canada where Business class is not offered. In the event First Class seats are not offered / available, no refund will apply

• Ticketing :
  • Fare must be shown on ticket
  • Endorsement is not required between AC/ BD/ JK/ JP/ KF/ LH/ LO/ LX/ NH/ NZ/ OS/ OU/ OZ/ RG/ SK/ SQ/ TG/ TP/ UA/ US when ticket is reissued

• Routing :
  • Not more than one crossing may be permitted between IATA Areas 1, 2 & 3 in an entire journey. Such intercontinental sector may be a surface sector provided the mileage is included in the mileage calculation
  • For the purpose of this rule following flights using the Polar route are to be considered as Transpacific flights:

• Rebooking / Revalidation :
  •  RWSTAR: Before and after departure, rebooking permitted at no charge
  • YRWSPCL:
    • Before ticketing deadline, permitted
    • After ticketing deadline, no changes permitted on outbound sectors up to & including first intercontinental sector
    • For all other sectors rebooking / revalidation permitted at no charge

• Rerouting / Reissue Guidelines :
  TPM must  be recalculated for the new routing from the point of origin

  • If new route results in fewer miles than original MPM : The original fare still applies plus a rerouting / reissue charge. No refund will apply.
  • If new route results in greater miles than original MPM : Tickets may be upgraded to a higher RWSTAR fare upon payment of  the difference in fare recalculated from the point of origin plus a rerouting / reissue charge
  • If new routing is no longer RTW travel :
    • Collect the difference if any between the fare paid & the applicable fare for the new journey calculated from the point of origin plus a rerouting / reissue charge
    • No refund applies if the recalculated fare for the new journey is lower than the RWSTAR / YRWSPCL fare paid
  • Tickets may be upgraded to a higher RWSTAR fare upon payment of the fare difference, recalculated from the point of origin plus a rerouting / reissue charge
  • Rerouting / reissue charge: US$125 per reissue (Adult / Child / Infant)
  • If SK Business Sleeper is not used due to rerouting - refund surcharge of US$600 less a rerouting / reissue charge
  • Exception: In the event of death of the passenger as evidenced by a certificate, immediate family members or accompanying passengers may reroute the remainder of the journey without charge
    
    
• Cancellations / Refund :
  • YRWSPCL: Before ticketing deadline, full refund. (Refer to individual carrier for any administration fee charge)
  • RWSTAR / YRWSPCL : After ticketing or ticketing deadline, charge US$150 for cancel/no-show/refund.
    Waived for death of passenger, family member or accompanying passengers.
  • After departure, refund if any will be the difference between the fare paid & the applicable fare for the journey traveled.
  • No refund applies when downgrading from a higher to a lower RWSTAR fare
  • No refund applies when Business Class passengers travel on Singapore Airlines Economy Plus on SQ19/SQ20 without surcharge
  • The ticket is not valid if the first coupon has not been used and will not be honored if all the coupons are not used in the sequence provided in the ticket
• Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations. Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance

• Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
• Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.

• Prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit.[RM] and subject to a service fee of RM50.00 per person
  
• Prices are subject to surcharges during Peak season and Holiday season.
  
• Prices published or provided are excluding of airport taxes, other mandatory taxes and Visa(s) fees.
