ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

  • Prepaid Ticket Advise [PTA] not permitted. Waitlist flights not permitted
    
  • Transfer sector not permitted. Surface sector permitted
    
  • Group Travel [GIT] not permitted
    
  • SWP Pass to be issued on separate ticket from the international flights.
    
  • Ticket must be issued before arrival into South West pacific [SWP]
    
  • Fares applicable for oversea originating passenger in connection with international Air/Sea Travel to/from countries in the SWP
    
• Child Fare: 75% of adult applicable fare
  
• Infant Fare: 10% of adult applicable fare
  
• Endorsement: Valid on QF / IE /ON /FJ /NF /SB / PX in conjunction with international ticket number
  
• Booking Class: Economy class: K class on all operated flights
  
• Changes: Permitted, subject to USD50.00 and a service fee of RM100.00 per ticket if require reissuance
  
• Cancellation / Refund: Before departure, full refund will be made less USD100 service charge and document fee of RM200 per ticket.
  
• Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations.
  Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT
In order to ensure a smooth and hassle free trip, we would like to seek your kind attention to take special notice of the following important reminders:·

• Passengers' name in the booking must be spelt exactly in the same manner as stated in the passenger's passports.
• Passports should still have a minimum of 6 months validity upon completion of the journey.
• It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all Entry Visa or Transit Visa that are required to enter the country of destination or stopovers.
• Transit Visas must be duly obtained if the plane's flight path involved a Transit or Stopover in another country.
• Passengers are advised to check carefully for any errors or omissions in the booking details, flight itineraries, air tickets, and hotel vouchers IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them. Please take note you may encounter significant inconveniences and may even have your travel plans aborted if errors are discovered only enroute or upon checkin at the airport.
