TICKET RESTRICTIONS

• Minimum Coupons:
  • 1 sector on KBOOMER / KBPASS fare (ONEWAY applies)

• Child Fare: 75% of adult applicable fare
  
• Infant Fare: 10% of adult applicable fare
  
• Endorsement: Valid on QF / AO/ FJ / NF in conjunction with international ticket
  
• Ticketing: FARE BASIS follow by Zone A / B / C
  
• Changes: Revalidation / reissue: Permitted at a fee of AUD100 per transaction and a service fee of
  RM100.00 per ticket
  
• Cancellation / Refund: Unutilized coupon – less AUD100 and airline document fee and a service
  charge of RM200 per ticket.
  
• Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares
  displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be
  subject to currency fluctuations. Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed
  at the point of ticket issuance
  
  PMC (AU Tax) exempt only for transit pax in Australia – Cross reference to international ticket on which

• Fares are not applicable for resident of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga, Western Samoa, Vanuatu, New Caledonia and Solomon Islands and passengers originating from Scandinavia or Finland
• Fares are not combinable with other Australia domestic fares
  
• Travel is not permitted on QF codeshare services between SYD / MEL / AKL & APW ( Flight No: QF323 / 324 / 327 / 328 / 3323 / 3324)

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT
In order to ensure a smooth and hassle free trip, we would like to seek your kind attention to take special notice of the following important reminders:·

• Passengers' name in the booking must be spelt exactly in the same manner as stated in the passenger's passports.
• Passports should still have a minimum of 6 months validity upon completion of the journey.
• It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all Entry Visa or Transit Visa that are required to enter the country of destination or stopovers.
• Transit Visas must be duly obtained if the plane's flight path involved a Transit or Stopover in another country.
• Passengers are advised to check carefully for any errors or omissions in the booking details, flight itineraries, air tickets, and hotel vouchers IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them. Please take note you may encounter significant inconveniences and may even have your travel plans aborted if errors are discovered only enroute or upon checkin
  at the airport.

• Prices shown are in US dollars [USD] and subject to a service fee of RM100.00 per person.
  
• Prices are subject to surcharges during Peak season and Holiday season.
