Changes of routing or flights involving a ticket reissue is subjected to a charge fee of MYR310
Refunds
A full refund may be obtained, less a processing fee of MYR510.00 if reservation and tickets are
cancelled before departure of first flight. No refund is permitted after commencement of travel

Reservation & Changes
All reservations to be made in H class
Only the first segment requires a reservation at the time of ticket purchase.
Open coupons are permitted, however reservations must be made at least 24 hours before flight departure.
Reservations may be changed without penalty provided the passenger's itinerary remains the
same.
All changes must be made 24 hours before scheduled departure time of flights originally booked.
Within 24 hours reservation changes are allowed with a MYR310 fee.
Passengers failing to show for a flight reservation are subject to forfeiture of the ticket coupon value
No waitlists allowed / No standbys permitted
Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to
currency fluctuations.
Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance
